A production-ready autonomous lead capture agent built on LangGraph's stateful multi-step orchestration framework with FAISS-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for context-grounded conversations. AutoStream ingests social media interactions, indexes conversation history and product knowledge into FAISS vector stores, and orchestrates multi-turn dialogues that intelligently qualify and capture leads. The LangGraph state machine defines conditional edges for lead scoring, objection handling, escalation paths, and CRM data synchronization — enabling the agent to autonomously decide the next best action. Includes tool execution capabilities for external API calls (CRM sync, email dispatch, webhook triggers) and conversation memory that persists across sessions.
