Refund policy

Our approach

We want you confident before you buy and satisfied after. Product pages describe exactly what you get, checkout is handled by Polar with a clear receipt, and support is available if something isn't right.

Digital goods

Once a product has been delivered and downloaded, it can't be "returned," so purchases are non-refundable by default.

When we'll refund

• The product is broken, corrupted, or not as described.
• You were charged in error or charged twice.
• You haven't downloaded or used the files yet.

How to request

Email support@intelligencerepository.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed by Polar back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
